Communications Process
Any questions or concerns should be directed to the booster's officers, NOT Mr. LaPrise or Mr. Doe.  In turn, the officers will contact Mr. LaPrise or Mr. Doe for questions they cannot address themselves.  E-mails can be obtained from the band handbook.

Please do not call Mr. LaPrise or Mr. Doe at home unless it is for a personal matter. 
Any e-mail that has to be sent to the boosters group needs to be sent through the band Secretary.

Fundraisers
There is a NO CASH policy when turning in money for fundraisers, or for any other reason.  Please have checks or money orders made out to West Catholic Band Program.  Please make sure this is also understood by your student.
