SPACE AND FEES
TABLE AREA: OUR TABLES ARE CONNECTED IN DOUBLES; EACH HALF MEASURES 2 ½ FEET BY 6 FEET. There is 2 ½ feet of personal space for crafters behind the tables.
- 6 Foot Table (1/2 of connected table) $30.00
- 12 Foot Table $45.00
These spaces are not available against a wall in the Café or Gym
FREE STANDING AREA: THESE SPACES ARE INTENDED FOR THOSE ARTISTS WHO BRING THEIR OWN SHELVING AND FLOOR DISPLAYS.
- 12 X 7 Area (Location to be determined) $50.00
- 12 X 12 Area (Location in the Café or Gym) $60.00
ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $5.00
All applications must be received no later than April 15, 2011.
All paid and accepted exhibitors will receive notification along with additional information by May 1, 2011.
We will make every effort to place booths so that persons with similar merchandise are not near each other. Please be as specific as possible when listing your work. All items must be handmade, no manufactured items allowed. Although this is not a juried show, we would appreciate a picture of your craft.
No food or home baked items may be sold at your booth. A concession stand will be available. It is located in the café and will offer a full luncheon menu. Breakfast items, snacks and drinks will also be available.
An admission of $1.00 per person will be charged to all shoppers. This fee does not apply to crafters (limit of 2 crafters per booth).
